(See Appendix F_Programming), Stability Studies, Special Techniques, Coordination Of Studies, Coordination-Security And Health, Environmental And Sustainable Expertise Including Peb And Acoustics Coordination Until The Award Of The Market To The General Contractor (The Work Will Be Carried Out Via Contracts Framework Of Works Of The Ulb) The Author Of The Project Can Then Be Consulted From Time To Time For Specific Studies/Missions According To The Management Rate Shown Below In The Point “Remuneration And Fees” The Space Planning Is Already Defined And Must Not Be Re-Evaluated. (Dce), • The Coordination Of Studies And Procedures With The Various Distribution Companies As Part Of All The Connections To Be Made In The Buildings, • The Establishment Of The Reasoned Analysis Report For The Award Or Non-Award Of The Works Contract (Sou), • The Management And Control Of The Works (Exe), • Budgetary And Planning Control, • The Coordination/Planning Of Decisions, Authorizations, Permits, Study And Execution Tasks, Both Preparatory And On Site, Of All Stakeholders, Decision-Making Authorities, A.P., Advisors, Contractors, Suppliers, • Safety-Health Coordination, On The Basis Of The Law Of August 4, 1996 Relating To The Well-Being Of Workers During The Performance Of Their Work And The Royal Implementing Decrees Which Supplement It, Including In Particular The Royal Decree Of January 25, 2001 Relating
