Tenders are invited for Construction of 8 Compartment Toilet + 2,000 Gallon Solar Borehole, UmuchokeUmunsimo Primary School ELIGIBILITY Interested companies are required to submit company profiles with the following details: i. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) ii. Three years Tax Clearance Certificate (2024, 2023, 2022) iii. Evidence of registration with Imo State Ministry of Works iv. Company audited financial account indicating turnover for the last three years v. company profile, organogram and resume of key technical staff vi. Evidence of financial capacity from a reputable bank vii. Evidence of compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF), PENCON, NSITF, viii. Interim Registration Report (IRR) Federal Bureau of Public Procurement ix. Evidence of Registration of Key Personnel with COREN, COMEG, and other relevant Professional Regulatory Bodies including endorsement with seal. x. Evidence of having done similar project including letter of award xi. Completion certificate within the past three years, indicating the financial value of such project xii. Evidence of VAT registration certificate COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS: Interested bidders should obtain Softcopy of Standard Bidding Document (SBD) for their desired lot from the Procurement Department, Imo State Small Town Water Supply & Sanitation Agency (ISSTOWA), Okigwe Road Owerri after the payment of Forty Five Thousand Naira (N45,000) Tender fee, payable to the State Treasury Single Account. Collection of tender documents starts from Friday 19th December 2025 from 10AM to 4PM Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. SUBMISSION OF TENDER: submission of Tender starts from Monday 22nd December 2025. Prospective bidders are to submit Technical and Financial (BOQ) bids for each of the desired Lot. Bidders bidding for more than one Lot shall do so through different bids such that one bid shall not contain more than one Lot. The bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes. Closing date of submissions on Wednesday 14th January, 2026 by 12.00noon. Bid opening shall follow immediately by 1.00pm same day at the ISSTOWAs general office. All contractors or Contractors representatives must be present, including representatives of ICPC, Civil Society Organization and Representatives from the State BPPI. Interested members of the public are also invited to witness the opening of the bids.
