Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Local Area Network in Teaching Hospital, Kuliyapitiya A pre-bid meeting shall take place at 1400 Hrs on 22 December 2025 at the above address conducted by the Employer. All bidders are strongly advised to attend this pre- bid meeting. To purchase the Bidding Document in English, eligible bidders should submit a written request/- application to the address above requesting the Bidding Document for the Procurement of Establishing Local Area Network (LAN) for SWASTHA System - G36.3 (AF) for the Health System Enhancement Project - Additional Financing and pay a non-refundable fee of LKR 43,000.00 on or before 1500 Hrs on 07 January 2026. The method of payment will be in cash, from 0900Hrs to 1500Hrs on working days, or pay by direct deposit to the bank account name: Health System Enhancement Project - Additional Financing (Counterpart), account number: 7040799 at Bank of Ceylon. The Bidding Document may also be sent by airmail for overseas delivery and surface mail or courier for local delivery with an additional fee of US$100.00 and LKR 15,000.00, respectively, in addition to the non-refundable fee stated under para 8. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. Bids shall be delivered to the address given in para 6 above on or before 1000 Hrs on 08 January 2026, together with the Bid Security as specified in the bidding document. If the Bid Security is submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee, it shall be issued using the format given in Section 4 of the Bidding forms by a Commercial Bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in favor of The Project Director - Health System Enhancement Project (Additional Financing).
