The construction period is Eight (8) Calendar Months for Lot 1 and Eight (8) Calendar Months for Lot 2. 3. Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (National) (OCBN) procedures as specified in the Banks the Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations dated October 2015 and effective January 1, 2016, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework. 4.
