Construction Work – 1H0007, New Building Of The Ahrweiler Fire Department - Lot 040 Heat Supply Systems. New Building Of The Ahrweiler Fire Department: The Current Building Of The Ahrweiler Volunteer Fire Department On Ramersbacher Straße Opposite The Ahrtor Was Badly Damaged By The Flood In 2021. The Remaining Torso Can No Longer Be Renovated, So A Replacement Building With 12 Parking Spaces Is To Be Built Elsewhere. The New Location South Of The Ahr Is Within Sight Of Todays Fire Department Building. By Relocating The Fire Department Building, The Aim Is To Ensure That All Areas Can Be Reached By The Fire Department In The Future, Even During Extreme Floods. As Part Of Lot 040, The Complete Heating Installations For The Technical Center, Pipe Network, Thermal Insulation And Room Heating Surfaces Are To Be Carried Out. The Services Include The Connection To The On-Site District Heating Transfer Station, The Creation Of The Heating Circuit Distribution Including All Necessary Fittings, Pumps, Safety Devices And Hydraulic Components As Well As The Professional Installation Of The Stainless Steel Press Fitting System Throughout The Building. The Trade Also Includes The Assembly, Filling, Pressure Testing And Commissioning Of The Underfloor Heating Systems With Multi-Layer Composite Pipes As Well As The Installation Of The Heating Circuit Distributors Including Actuators, Control Components And Project-Related Documentation. All Pipes Must Be Insulated In Accordance With The Technical Rules And The Requirements Of The Building Energy Act; Penetrations Must Be Closed In Accordance With Fire Protection In The Required Fire Resistance Class. The Work Includes Area-Related Coordination With The Msr, Electrical, Plumbing And Ventilation Trades. All Installations Must Be Vob/C-Compliant, In Accordance With Valid Din Standards, The Hydraulic And Building Physics Requirements And In Accordance With The Building Supervision Specifications That Must Be Adhered To, So That An Energy-Efficient, Operationally Safe And Compliant Heat Supply To The Building Is Guaranteed.
