The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes: 1) Basic Order: A) Task 1. Survey Of The Inhabitants Of The City Of Gdynia On A Typical Working Day B) Task 2. Measurements Of Road Traffic Intensity In Gdynia On A Typical Working Day C) Task 3. Measurements Of Passenger Traffic In Buses And Trolleybuses In Gdynia On A Typical Working Day D) Task 4. Measurements Of Passenger Traffic In Trains In Gdynia On A Typical Working Day E) Task 5. Traffic Measurements Transit On A Typical Working Day F) Task 6. Measurements Of Bicycle And Uto Traffic Intensity On A Typical Working Day G) Task 7. Survey Research At The Gdynia Główna Railway Station On A Typical Working Day H) Task 8A. Traffic Measurements At Entries And Exits From Shopping Centers On A Typical Working Day 2) Order With Option Rights: A) The Ordering Party Provides, Pursuant To Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. The Right Of Option, Which Covers The Possibility Of Conducting Surveys Among Visitors To Shopping Centers (Task 8B) B) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Right Of Option, Consisting In The Performance Of Task 8B By Submitting A Declaration Sent In The Form Of A Letter Sent By E-Mail About The Exercise Of The Right Of Option (Including The Number Of Additional Surveys To Be Carried Out And The Place Of Implementation) Within 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, C) The Activated Option Should Be Exercised In Accordance With The Methodology For Task 8B Described In Opz. D) The Option Right Is The Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Does Not Have To, Exercise As Part Of The Implementation Of This Order. Services Covered By The Option Right Will Be Commissioned If There Is A Need To Perform Them, Depending On The Needs And The Possibility Of Financing Them, E) The Ordering Party May Not Use The Option Right Or Use It In Part. An Order Executed Under The Option Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party. Failure Of The Ordering Party To Exercise The Option Right Does Not Give Rise To Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party.
