Tender For in order to ensure power supply to the boundary expansion/upgradation and newly created bodies under the Hon'ble Chief Minister's Town Creation Scheme, for long span road concing of 33 KV LT/HT lines under Sarsawa Municipal Council Town area / installation of additional 11 meter PCC 45 nos. electric poles in the low and sunken land along the road, replacement of worn out wires of LT line from Shiv Chowk to Sukhija ki Chakki of 400 KVA transformer installed at Check Post Sarsawa, for long span road concing of 33 KV LT/HT lines / installation of additional 09 meter PCC 40 nos. in the low and sunken land along the road under Sarsawa Municipal Council Town area. Work of installing 100 electric poles and three phase DO fuse set, TPMO and tail less unit on 1 no. 630 KVA transformer installed in Sarsawa town.-2 Safe cartage of PCC/ST poles up to 8.5/9/11 Mtr. Long from ESC, SRE/JE store to site of work at various sites including loading & unloading at both ends.(Dist.Up to 20 Km.) 3 Safely cartage of other complete line material (Except PCC /ST Poles/ABC Cable) from ESC, SRE/ JE store to site of work at various sites including loading, unloading at both ends. Dist.App. 0 to 20 Km.) 4 Providing and fixing of Tripple Circuit Tail less unit 500 Amp in coming circuit connected with copper bus bar of proper ratting for 400 KVA T//F in the frame made of MS Angle 45x45x5 mm fitted with GI Nut bolts and fixing the same top of plinth/near ground level as per site requirement. 5 Safe cartage of ABC Cable 3x120 sq.mm from ESC,SRE, to the site of work including loading & unloading at both ends. (Dist. Upto 20 km.) 6 Safely Carriage of 11 KV Fuse Set from ESC SRE to site of work including loading and unloading at both ends. 7 Safely Carriage of 11 KV TPMO Set from ESC SRE to site of work including loading and unloading at both ends. 8 Safely Installation of 11 KV Fuse Set and connection properly. 9 Safely Installation of 11 KV TPMO Set and connection properly. 10 Laying, lifting, and Stringing proper sagging ABC cable of site 3x120 sq.mm including fixing of all type clamp and connector providing all accessories 11 Erection of single support on ST/ PCC poles up to 8.5/11 Mtr Long with complete fitting of all accessories of 11 KV/LT line. complete. 12 Fixing of 11 KV stay rods by digging of pits in block of 600X600X300 mm. & with nozzling of stay wire 7/10 SWG and fitting the same on the pole 13 Providing and fixing of LT Shackle Insulator. 14 Providing and fixing of Stone Ped 300x300x75 15 Earthing of poles by earthing rod complete. 16 Providing of All type MS Clamp for ST/ PCC poles with nuts bolts made of new MS flat iron 50x6 mm. 17 Providing and fixing of LT Clamp 18 Providing and fixing of Earth wire clamp . 19 Providing and fixing of Suspention clamp 20 Providing and fixing of Dead end clamp. 21 Providing and fixing of Piercing connector Diff. size. 22 Grouitng of PCC/ ST poles with cement concreting in bolck of 600X600X1500 MM. in ratio 1:4:8 with cement, sand and brick ballast size 1""x1.5"" with plinth. 23 Fixing of LT Distribution Box 3 Phase 24 Laying of Connecting lead 1x16 sq.mm as per respo specification. 25 Fabrication charge of Chennel and Angel 26 Gaurding work of Road Crossing Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
