Tender For Repair / Maintenance Of Mccb, Panel And Its Connected Items At Mil Stn Katihar- 1 Supply and fixing as in replacement of Adjustable type thermal magnetic release MCCB 250 Amps, 4 Pole 36KAincluding suitable size lugs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 2 Dismantling the existing corroded outdoor panel board including all unserviceable accessories and Fabrication, Supply and installation as in replacement outdoor type LT panel board of suitable size (Minimum 900 x 900x 300 mm) with 3.15 mm thick MS sheet with top inclined canopy, floor mounted type, with base frame and four Nos. legs of 450 mm length made up of 40x40x 5mm angle iron, both sideopening, having Copper busbar of suitable size of rated 200 Amps (3 Nos Phase + 1 No. Neutral half in capacity of phase) with separate chambers to accommodate and including following accessories:Make; L&T or eqv.INCOMING DETAILS :-(a) MCCB adjustable thermal magnetic release 80A, 16 KA,4pole - 01 Nos.(b) Digital MFM L&T, Cat No. WL411010OOOO -01 Nos(c) R-Y-B indicator light. set of 3-01 Nos(d) Digital Street Light Timer Control with Contactor - 01 No.OUTGOING DETAILS :-(a) MCB SPN 06-32 Amps,10 KA, C- series - 8 Nos (6W + 2S) 3 Dismantling the existing corroded outdoor panel board including all unserviceable accessories and Fabrication, Supply and installation as in replacement outdoor type LT panel board of suitable size (Minimum 1200 x 1200x 300 mm) with 3.15 mm thick MS sheet with top inclined canopy, floor mounted type, with base frame and four Nos. legs of 450 mm length made up of 40x40x 5mm angle iron, both sideopening, having Copper busbar of suitable size of rated 200 Amps (3 Nos Phase + 1 No. Neutral half in capacity of phase) with separate chambers to accommodate and including following accessories:Make;L&t or eqvINCOMING DETAILS :-(a) MCCB adjustable thermal magnetic release 160A, 32 KA,4pole - 01 Nos.(b) Digital MFM L&T, Cat No. WL411010OOOO -01 Nos(d) R-Y-B indicator light. set of 3-01 Nos(e) Digital Street Light Timer Control with Contactor - 01 No.OUTGOING DETAILS :-(a) MCCB adjustable thermal magnetic release 100A, 32 KA,4pole - 01 Nos.(b) MCB SPN 32 Amps,10 KA, C- series - 6 Nos (5W + 1S) 4 Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 5 Returning,filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 6 Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre anddepositing where directed at a level , not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge 7 Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse river sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cableincludingspreading and punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified and as directedby the Engr-in-Charge. 8 Supply and laying burnt brick sub class "B" of size 25 X 12.5 X 7.5 cm locally available best quality laid in trenches for protections of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge . 9 Supply and fixing as in replacement 40mm bore steel tubes"light grade" galvanized with all fittings and fixed to walls and over ceilingscomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 10 Materials and labour forplain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm gradeed stone aggregrate) as in foundations filling, coping for poleand mass concreatecomplete all as specified and as directedby the Engr-in-Charge 11 Cutting existing metal/bituminus road/PCC walk way/any type of tile worksn.exc 0.45m width and n.exc 0.90 m in depth including all connected earth work and making good disturbed surfaces matching with the existing specification and finish including disposal of surplus material to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 12 Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of following sizes as per IS 7098 (Part I)in trenches / through pipe or bare in road crossing / duct / floor / wall etc including connection with cable glands, aluminium lugs etc including taking down/up existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning will be measured and paid separately under respective item. 13 (a) 35 Sqmm 3.5 core 14 (b) 50 Sqmm 3.5 core 15 (c) 16 Sqmm 4 core
