Tender For Repair, Maintenance Of Road Furniture And Allied Works At Mic And S Under Ge(S) Ahilyanagar- 1 Dismantling kota, granite, cudappah stone slabsand interlocking tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortor complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Demoltion of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed. 3 M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floorall as specified and as directed. 4 M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including dismantling of existing kerb stone and making drainage opening wherever required complete. 5 Fixing only cement concrete paver block as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Old Cement Concrete Paver Blocks of any type and size retrived from dismantling shall be reused under this item. 6 Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of size 100mm x 100mm x 18.5mm with PAMA striplens relector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions. Make : DA 978of Darkeye or equivalent model of makes specified. 8 S&F for road side convex mirror for road safety with installation kit & adjustable fixing bracket (nuts & Bolts), ISO Certified 9001:2015, of size 800mm dia, made up of polycabronate, mounted on MS pipe of 2.1m long and dia of pipe is 80mm including RFR, removal and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer in MS pipe including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil for fixing and embedding the MS pipe on ground with hold fasting using PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregates (block size 0.3m x 0.3 m x 0.45m below GL) and proper grounting, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 9 S&F for road side unbreakable convex mirror / security mirror/ traffic mirror for road safety with installation kit & adjustable fixing bracket (nuts & Bolts), ISO Certified 9001:2015, of size 600mm dia, made up of polycabronate, mounted on MS pipe of 2.1m long and dia of pipe is 80mm including RFR, removal and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer in MS pipe including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil for fixing and embedding the MS pipe on ground with hold fasting using PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregates (block size 0.3m x 0.3 m x 0.45m below GL) and proper grounting, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 10 Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye alumnium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to IP67) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono Crystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions etc all as specified and directed.Make : DA 110 (DHRUV)of Darkeye or equivalent model of makes specified. 11 Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro eflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 12 S&F in repairs ABS plastic speedbump/speed breaker in parabolic convex shape and of size 730mmx245mmx70mm made out of steady plastic, dovetail interlocking sub units, jointed and fixed to make the bump perfectly uniform, bump made out of precoloured material (black/yellow) and UV stabilisers to keep them perfectly colourful, studded with reflectors on either side to make it clearly visible to motorist during night hours, including PCC (1:2:4 type B1) filling in speed breakers, complete all as specified and as directed.Make : DA 1006of Darkeye or equivalent model of makes specified. 13 Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with two high performance 100mm Dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70mmx23mm are fixed on both sides of Guide Post, made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 1010 mm height duly powder coated including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.Make : DA 74of Darkeye or equivalent model of makes specified. 14 S&F Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 15 Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on MS pipe of 50mm dia & 600 mm height duly powder coated, anti rust with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.Make : DA 952 GPof Darkeye or equivalent model of makes specified. 16 M&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2.0 mm thick single coat as a centre line or edge line etc, road marking n exc 100 mm width using thermo plastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter fillers etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be confirming to BS-6086 of most specification including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufacturer"s instructions and complete as all specified and directed. 17 M&L for manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective mandatory/ regulatory sign boards, single side of both side visibility of size per drawing enclosed, made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated rectro reflective sheeting conforming to type -IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter (any size, any number) message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC:67 2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20mm c/c to back support frame of stainless steel 304 grade round pipes mounted and fixed as per drawing enclosed, embeded in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 and including making holes in pipes, angle flats, providing & fixing ACP message plate of required size, back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat, all leads, lifts taking down existing sign boards as per drawing GE/WD/33 complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M&L for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over priming coat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over priming coat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
