Tender For Repair/Improvement/Replacement Of Water Supply Pipe Line And Other Connected Works And Repair/Maint/Diversion/Re-Routing Of Ci/Di Pipe Line At Zone Iii At Mil Stn Samba.; 1 Excavation in trenches, n. exc. 1.5 m in widthand n. exc. 1.5 m for pipe lines in depth in any type of soil and getting outcomplete all as specifiedand directed . 2 Returning , filling in , including spreading , leveling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm any type soil complete all as specifiedand directed . 3 Removing excavated soiln.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed complete all as specified and directed . 4 Locating the leakage of CI pipe having dia 200 mm and earth excavation atthe leaked portion of the pipe carefully by manually and burning out lead joint in position including removing old lead complete, testing after filling new lead joints complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Rates for excavation of 2 m in length, 1 m in width and depth as per requirement of site deemed to be included in the quoted rate 5 All as per Item No 4.00 above but for 150 mm bore of pipe. 6 All as per Item No 4.00 above but for 100 mm bore of pipe. 7 All as per Item No 4.00 above but for 80 mm bore pipe 8 Cast iron sluice valve with both end flanged with iron wheel handle for clockwise closing brass spindle heavy duty PN-1.6 class conforming to IS-14846/2000 including gaskit joint nuts, bolts & washers all as requirement of site incl dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable sluice valves for 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 9 All as per Item No 8.00 above but for 80 mm bore. 10 All as per Item No 8.00 above but for 100 mm bore. 11 All as per Item No 8.00 above but for 150 mm bore. 12 All as per Item No 8.00 above but for 200 mm bore. 13 All as per Item No 8.00 above but for 250 mm bore. 14 M&L for cast iron non return valves conforming to IS-5312 with Gun metal seating single door type gasket joints bolts/nuts etc including taking out unserviceable non return valves, all as required for 250mm bore pipe line 15 All as per Item No 14.00 above but for 150 mm bore. 16 All as per Item No 14.00 above but for 100 mm bore. 17 Construction of brick masonry valve chamber of internal dimensions 900 x 900 x 900 mm, bottom floor of the pit shall be constructed in PCC (1:3:6) 15 cm thick with 20 mm stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 mm thick. The top cover of the pit shall be made out of MS sheet min 3 mm thick with angle iron frame made out of MS angle 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm with 02 nossteel hinges and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed 18 Cutting existing GI/CI water main pipe line 250mm bore of pipe in position for making branch connection (insertion of GI/cast iron Tee) including excavation and earth work complete all as apecified and directed.Note : Cast iron fittings such as tee, bends, collar, reducer etc joint and jointing material for fixing of cast iron fittings shall be measured and paid separately. 19 All as per Ser item No 18.00 above but of size 150mm dia bore of pipe. 20 All as per Ser item No 18.00 above but of size 100mm dia bore of pipe. 21 All as per Ser item No 18.00 above but of size 80mm dia bore of pipe. 22 Taking out/taking down old unserviceable damaged GI pipe of any size fromtrenches/walls including removing of fittings complete all as specified and directed for necessary replacement /relaying serviceable GI pipe. 23 Supplying, laying, connecting and testingof GI pipe of size 150 mm bore medium grade in trenches including both end flanged and nut bolt fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note: All GI Fittings bend ,elbow,tee ,nipple, union ,reducer etc inclusive in quoted item rate. 24 All as per item No 23.00 above but of size 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 25 Supplying, laying, connecting and testingof GI pipe of size 80 mm bore medium grade in trenches includingfittings complete all as specified and directed. Note: All GI Fittings bend ,elbow,tee ,nipple, union ,reducer etc inclusive in quoted item rate. 26 All as per item No 25.00 above but of size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 27 All as per item No 25.00 above but of size 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 28 All as per item No 25 above but of size 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 29 All as per item No 25.00 above but of size 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 30 Taking out unserviceable gate valvesof size 20mm to 50mmfrom water pipe line for necessary replacement complete all as specified and directed. 31 Gun metal gate valve of size 20mm bore including connection complete all as directed. 32 Gun metal gate valve of size 25 mm bore including connectioncomplete all as directed. 33 Gun metal gate valve of size 40 mm bore including connection complete all as directed. 34 Gun metal gate valve of size 50 mm bore with iron wheel including iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe including taking out of existing old one complete all as specified and directed. 35 CI/GIspecial fittings as per IS for spigot and socketed pipes for water mains / branches lines such as bends(any type radious and angle )tapers any type (straight, bend,increasing,decresing,or double socket etc) tee pices,single branch ,Y juntion, double branch,cross(all socket ,socket and spigot) collers,caps&plugs, including connecting pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pices suitable for run lead joint, run lead up to 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 36 Cutting existing GI/CI water main pipe line 200/150/100mm bore of pipe in position for making branch connection (insertion of GI/cast iron Tee) including excavation and earth work complete all as apecified and directed.Note : Cast iron fittings such as tee, bends, collar, reducer etc joint and jointing material for fixing of cast iron fittings shall be measured and paid separately. 37 Taking up D I/ CI water Mains (Including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and connection for re-fixing after cleaning 250mm dia sizes :- Note: Excation work will be paid seprately in respectiv item. 38 Taking up D I/ CI water Mains (Including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and connection for re-fixing after cleaning 200 mm dia sizes :- Note: Excation work will be paid seprately in respectiv item. 39 Taking up D I/ CI water Mains (Including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and connection for re-fixing after cleaning 150 mm dia sizes :- Note: Excation work will be paid seprately in respectiv item. 40 Taking up D I/ CI water Mains (Including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and connection for re-fixing after cleaning 100 mm dia sizes :- Note: Excation work will be paid seprately in respectiv item. 41 M & LFor D I (DUCTILE IRON) pipes with spigot and socket ends CLASS K-7, 250mm dia in any length laid in trenches.complete all as spd and as directed. 42 M & LFor D I (DUCTILE IRON) pipes with spigot and socket ends CLASS K-7, 200mm dia in any length laid in trenches.complete all as spd and as directed. 43 M & LFor D I (DUCTILE IRON) pipes with spigot and socket ends CLASS K-7, 150mm dia in any length laid in trenches.complete all as spd and as directed. 44 M & LFor D I (DUCTILE IRON) pipes with spigot and socket ends CLASS K-7, 100mm dia in any length laid in trenches.complete all as spd and as directed. 45 M&L forcement concrete using in road cutting/ foundetion type D2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. 46 M&L forcement concrete using in road cutting/ foundetion type B1 ,1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate.
