Tender For Periodical Services To Heritage Buildings Under Age (I) Asvini; 1 M&L removal of tree/plant/shrubs of any size from walls, ceiling, roofs and joints of pipe etc upto height from ground floor to 10th floor including roof level of buildings including uprooting roots from walls/ceiling/roofs and applying chemical of make approved by Engr-in-charge to arrest the growth of tree/plant/shrubs and making good damaged surface in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 or cement mortar (1:3) including necessary scaffolding and other safety arrangements complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 2 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of any description on walls internally/ externallywith metal wire Knotted cup brush attaching with angle grinder machine, flexible to remove dust and paint in rough surfacescomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note- (i) The work shall be carried out upto 30mtr of height from ground level of buildings, Therefore contractor is deemed to provide all safety arrangements ie scaffolding, safety belts, helmets etc and quote the rate accordingly for item No 01 to 16.(ii) Safety wears must be carried out ie Mask, Gloves, Helmet, Eye wear, shoes etc before working andquoted rate shall includes this provision also. 3 Ditto- all as item No-2.00 above but on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 4 M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat ofwall care putty not less than 1.5mm thickness and makingthe surface even and smooth using emery papercomplete all as specified. 5 Ditto- all as item No- 3.00 above but on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 6 M&L for preparation of surfaces of wall ( Item No 1.00 and 4.00 above ), filling holes and cracks with filling putty and applying wall care putty not less than 1.5mm thick and makingthe surface even and smooth using emery paper and applying two coats of 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50gms/ltr, of approved manufacture, of required shade and colour over a coat of alkali resistentprimer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land.Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor. 8 M&L for rendering on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing of wall with Ready Mix plaster 25mm thick having minimum composition of cement & sand 1:6 mixed with WPC @ 3% weight of cement using fully treated dry, well graded naturalsand conforming to IS-383 suitable for internal wall plastering having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a matalic tray only to made good, consistency as per manufacturers specification including using richer mix for making corners and making grooves of existing size complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for rendering on fair faces of concrete in ceiling with Ready Mix plaster 10mm thick having minimum composition of cement & sand 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3%weight of cement using fully treated dry, well graded naturalsand conforming to IS-383 suitable for internal wall plastering having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a matalic tray only to made good, consistency as per manufacturers specification including using richer mix for making corners and making grooves of existing size complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for preparation of surfaces of wall ( Item No 2.00 and 5.00 above ), filling holes and cracks with filling putty and applying wall carw putty not less than 1.5mm thick and makingthe surface even and smooth using emery paper and applying two coats of 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50gms/ltr, of approved manufacture, of required shade and colour over a coat of alkali resistentprimer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Material & Labourfor preparation ofold painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 Material & Labourfor preparation of old painted steel and iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Supply only water proofing compound 14 M&L removal of tree/plant/shrubs of any size from walls, ceiling, roofs and joints of pipe etc upto 25mtr of height from ground level of buildings including uprooting roots from walls/ceiling/roofs and applying chemical of make approved by Engr-in-charge to arrest the growth of tree/plant/shrubs and making good damaged surface in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 or cement mortar (1:3) including necessary scaffolding and other safety arrangements complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
