Tender For Repairs To Hardstanding, Footpath And Misc In Domestic Area At Afs Yelahanka; 1 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for chequered tiles of size 300x300x25 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with grey pigment cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finish complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation. 5 M&L for rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness, M - 35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. 6 Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Cement concrete (Un reinforced) all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for Hardcore of gauge of broken boulders not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching and similar works including weathering slightly rounded on chamfered angle and throating complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in path, hardstanding, bedcomplete all as specified and directed. 12 Cleaning of blocked / chocked Nahani trap/floor trap/WC/ Wash basin including drain/ sewer/sewage line of any description (SGSW/RCC/CI pipe/SWR Pipe) of75mm/100 mm/ 150 mm/ 200 mm dia and any depth by rodding or by mechanical means and well flushing the complete drain / sewer line upto first manhole to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers where required complete all as specified and directed.Note (i) Contractor or his supervisor /site Engineer will report daily at 0900hrs at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE in -charge, in case after checking & attending the complaints, if it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of JE than after charge is satisfied with contractors view, no recovery will be made on this account. However complaints related tosewage line blockage/pipe replacement etc whatever is applicable shall be attended on same day whether it is “Sunday or Gazetted Holidays and nothing extra shall be payable to contractor on this account.(ii) Contractor or his supervisor/site engineer will report daily at 0900 hrs at complaint cell for noting of day to day complaints in complaint register, issue of complaints slip to tradesman and enter after completion in complaints register as instructed by JEs. In case of absence of contractor rep for noting complaints, a penalty of Rs 1000.00 per day will be deducted from the contractor bill.(iii) The complaint shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e. from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding Sunday or gazetted holiday, commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a Penalty @ Rs. 500/- Per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/ imposed on the contractor and necessary recovery shall be made from his dues on this account.(iv) The above all aspect shall be deemed to be included in this quoted rate of the respective item. 13 Cleaning of manhole to manhole, usinghigh pressure water jettingmachine including cleaning/clearing blockages with all tools andlabours as per the site requirement pipe size 150 mm and over including man holes through chassis mounted diesel run vehicles mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum getting sewer cleaning machine KAMBI-10 LCHB fitted with imported international standard pumps having minimum of3000 litres to 4500 litres suckingcapacity including skilled operator supervising engineer for cleaning/partial desilting of manholes and sewer line as per guide lines laid in IS -11972 (1987) and complete cleaning of site all as directedNote(a) Jetting of sewer line by high pressure jetting system of 2200w PSI/Suction.(b) The complaint has to be rectified within 24 hrs from the complaint assign to the contractor failing which penalty will be imposed @500/- per complaint per day. 14 M&L for de-watering /de-sludging of sewage well and septic tank of any size & approx. 2 to 3 metre depth ,excavation of waste water from collection tank using 4500 litres to 5000 litres vacuum suction tanker, de-watering of liquid or semi liquid waste by water suckinghydraulic pressure machine including cleaning of all sludge silt residue of both organic nature by manual labour or by mechanical scrappers etc in any position & disposal off all the waste outside the defence land, the de-sludging of sewage sump is to be carried out upto the bottom slab of sewage sump/sewage well complete. The sewage well wall & bottom slab to be cleaned by water with high pressure upto entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge with necessary safety precaution to be adhere during working.
