M&L Scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface n.exc 100mm deep in area exc 400 sqm M&L for preparing Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. on black top surface complete all as specifid and directed. M& L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen 5 kg/10 sqm of paving bitumen complete all as specifid and directed. Bituminous premix semi asphaltic dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne roller complete all as specified and directed M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as per specified and directed. M&L Machine pressed Precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade set jointed and pointed in with grey cement and pigment laid over in floorings complete all as specified and directed. M&L sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation.
