Architectural Services For Outdoor Areas – Realschule Fürstenfeldbruck Extension. Outdoor Facility Planning Services Are Commissioned For The Following Objects: • North Extension, South Extension, Existing Conversion • Construction Pit • Container System The Service Is Awarded In Stages: • Level 1: Lph 1-2 • Level 2 A: Lph 3 • Level 2 B: Lph 4 • Level 3: Lph 5-7 • Level 4: Lph 8-9 North Extension, South Extension, Existing Existing Conversion The Following Services Must Be Provided Through Outdoor Area Planning: • Outdoor Area Planning For The North Extension, Including Connection To The Existing Building And Associated Demolition Measures (North Auditorium, Elevator), Lph 01-09 • Outdoor Space Planning For The South Extension Including Underground Car Park With Associated Demolition Measures (Teachers Room, South Auditorium, Pavilion), Lph 01-09 • As Well As Special Services In Accordance With The Performance Profile When Planning The Outdoor Facilities, Attention Must Be Paid To A Harmonious Connection To The Existing Building. The Aim Is To Provide A High Level Of Comfort For Students With Protection From Heat And Weather As Well As Zones That Allow Outdoor Learning. The Conversion Of The Existing Building Is Not Affected By The Outdoor Planning. The Specifications Of The Feasibility Study Must Be Adhered To. All Deviations Must Be Agreed With The Client. When Calculating The Offer, It Must Be Taken Into Account That Contaminated Sites May Be Present In The Existing Building And In The Subsoil. An Appraisal Is Commissioned By The Client During The Planning Phase. The Requirements Of The Project Description Must Be Followed. The North Extension, The South Extension And The Conversion Of The Existing Building Are Viewed As One Common Object In Terms Of Fees. Container Facility At The End Of The Project, The Container Facility Will Be Dismantled. An Expansion Of The Schoolyard Is To Be Planned In The Resulting Open Space Through The Open Space Planning. The Specifications Of The Feasibility Study Must Be Followed. Eligibility And Certification The Client Intends To Apply For Funding As Far As Possible For • North Extension • South Extension • Existing Conversion. The Client Also Intends To Carry Out Certifications Wherever Possible. It Is The Responsibility Of Outdoor Facility Planning To Assist In These Processes By Delivering Plans Etc. This Is Not Paid For Separately, But Is To Be Included In The Basic Services.
