The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of 2 Exhibition Stands, For The Silesian Voivodeship And The City Of Katowice, At The Mipim International Real Estate And Investment Fair (March 10-13, 2026). 2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into The Following Tasks: 2.1. Task 1 - Design And Construction Of 2 Exhibition Stands, Including Assembly And Disassembly As Well As Technical Service; 2.2. Task 2 - Stand Service By Hostesses And Catering Service At Stand No. 1 (Only For The Silesian Voivodeship); 2.3. Task 3 - Stand Service By Hostesses And Catering Service At Stand No. 2 (Only For The City Of Katowice); 2.4. Task 4 – Local Transport Service (Only For The City Of Katowice); 2.5. Task 5 - Organizing The Trip Of A Delegation Of People From The Silesian Voivodeship (Only For The Silesian Voivodeship). 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (In Short: Opz) Is Annex No. 3 To The Swz/Appendix No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 4. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Regarding The Above Public Procurement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract, Can Be Found In: 4.1. Annex No. 2A To Swz – Silesian Voivodeship; 4.2. Annex No. 2B To Swz – City Of Katowice. 5. The Stand Must Have, Among Others: Platform Floor (Height Min. 3 Cm, Max. 4 Cm). The Edges Along The Entire Length Of The Stands Are Cut, Thus Enabling Easy Access For People With Disabilities. The Floor Should Be Covered Appropriately, E.G. High-Quality Carpet Or Matt Or Glossy Non-Slip Panels. The Edges Of The Carpet/Panels Should Be Protected With A Strip. The Floor Is Identical For Both Stands. 6.
