Construction Work – Royal Summer Palace - Building Repair. The Subject Of The Construction Plan Is The Repair, Or Historic Renovation Of The Interiors Of The Royal Summer Palace In The Royal Garden Of Prague Castle. The Implementation Also Includes Maintenance Work On The Exterior Of The Building, Related To The Urgently Needed Restoration And Protection Of The Surfaces Of The Stone Elements Of The Upper And Lower Balustrades, Cornices And Column Arcades, And Repair Of Plastering. Layout Modifications Of The Building Will Be Carried Out, Consisting In The Modification Of The Entrance Hall Related To The Design Of The New Cash Register Block And Then In The Modification Of The Background For The Custodians. In The Basement Under The Northern Corridor, The Toilets Will Be Completely Redesigned. The Layout Of The Main Halls Remains Unchanged. Construction Modifications Will Mainly Consist Of Repairing The Surfaces Of Walls, Ceilings And Floors (Especially In The Halls And Entrance Hall), As Well As The Demolition Of Existing Partitions And The Construction Of New Partitions, Ceilings, Floors And Cladding. Existing Furnishings Will Be Dismantled And Replaced With New Ones. Work Related To The Replacement Of Utility Networks Will Be Carried Out (Power And Low-Current Electrical Wiring, Sewerage, Water Supply, Heating, Air-Conditioning Systems. Mar Will Be Part Of The Delivery. Openings (Doors, Windows, Including Internal Shutters And Blinds) Will Be Repaired Or Replaced With Replicas. Excavations Will Be Carried Out In The Basement Of The Building In Connection With The Replacement Of The Sewage In The Floor And The Connection To The Outdoor Rows In The Royal Garden. These Works Will Be Carried Out Under The Supervision Of Archaeologists. Part Of The Existing Lighting Fixtures Will Be Delivered. The Repair Will Also Include Stone Elements, Metalwork And Metalwork. The Work Will Be Carried Out Either Directly Under The Supervision Of Restorers Surfaces, Which Will Be The Basis For The Development Of Restoration Plans, The Protection Of Elements And Constructions, Or The Removal Of Elements That Will Be Returned After The Implementation. The Warranty Service For The Completed Work Will Also Be Required, When The Warranty For The Completed Work Is Required For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months. The Expected Value Is Czk 139,100,000 Excluding Value Added Tax.
