The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of Provincial Road No. 731 On The Section From Km 0+000 To Km 2+274 In The Commune Of Góra Kalwaria, Piaseczno Poviat And The Commune Of Warka, Grójec Poviat, Masovian Voivodeship - Procedure No. 287/25.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Tender Documentation (Part Iii Of The Swz) And In The Bill Of Quantities (Part Iv Of The Swz). The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure, At Its Own Expense, Safe Road And Pedestrian Traffic Conditions In The Area Of ​​Works Covered By The Contract On The Basis Of The Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of Construction Prepared By And At The Contractors Expense. The Contractor Is Obliged To Update The Permanent Traffic Organization Design.3. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterize The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy (Oc) For Damage Caused During The Performance Of The Contract To The Subject Of The Contract And To Third Parties For The Entire Duration Of The Contract And For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 1,000,000.00.1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of The Current And Paid Policy Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Provided That Continuity Of Insurance Is Maintained, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Presenting Several Policies Confirming Possession Of Insurance (Oc) During The Duration Of The Contract, Covering The Entire Period Of The Contract.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of Another Current And Paid Policy Within 7 Days From The Expiry Of The Previous Policy.
