The Following Works Will Be Performed As Part Of The Task: 1) Modernization Of The Hot Water System - Installation Of Solar Collectors With A Total Power Of 2.73 Kw, Along With A Tank And Hot Water Installation; 2) Modernization Of The Ventilation System - Replacement Of Mechanical Supply And Exhaust Ventilation With Ventilation With Recovery; Comments: Expansion Of Mechanical Ventilation With A Recuperator Recovering Heat From Exhausted Air Removed From The Building;3) Modernization Of The Roof Partition With Accompanying Works;4) Modernization Of Partitions;5) Replacement Of Window Frames With New Ones;6) Replacement Of External Doors With New Ones Meeting The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 15, 2022 Amending The Regulation On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location.;7) Renewable Energy Installation - Micro-Installation Power: Approximately 20.00 Kw (25 Panels With A Total Power Of 15Kw, Plus A 16Kw Inverter In The Boiler Room With Storage Of Approximately 7.5Kw);8) Energy Management System In The Building.
