The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Old Rectory Building In Oleśnica, Which Is The First Stage Of Adapting The Facility For The Purposes Of Social Infrastructure And Support For The Elderly. Expected Scope Of Construction Works Under Stage I:1. Replacing The Tile Roof Covering;2. Renovation Of The Wooden Roof Truss/Spot Replacement Of The Damaged Structure With The Same Parameters;3. Renovation Of The Wooden Ceiling/Spot Replacement Of Damaged Beams With Formwork Of The Same Parameters;4. Renovation Of External Foundation Walls, Filling With Mortar/Strengthening/Supplementing The Facing Stones And Plinth In The Foundation;5. Insulation Of External Foundation And Basement Walls To Ground Level;6. Replacement Of Windows And External Doors With An Appearance Similar To The Existing Ones;7. Renovation Of External Walls And Renovation Of External Plasters And Cornices While Maintaining The Existing Appearance, Restoring The Missing Ones To The Model Of The Existing Ones.8. Floor Demolition. 9. Execution Of A Blind Concrete Screed For The Floors On The Ground Floor. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Appendix No. 12 To The Swz, Together With The Annexes, I.E.: 1. Design Documentation. 2. Stwior 3. Bill Of Quantities.3. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: A) Ensuring Proper Security, Fencing And Marking Of The Construction Site; B) Tidying Up The Construction Site And Handing It Over To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Final Acceptance Of The Works; C) Preparing As-Built Documentation Necessary To Carry Out The Final Acceptance Procedure Of The Works; D) Making And Placing Boards Containing Information On Co-Financing Of The Investment From The Government Fund For Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program. (The Location, Patterns And Number Of Boards Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party), E) Full Liability Of The Contractor For Violating Environmental Protection Regulations On The Construction Site And In The Area Adjacent To The Construction Site And Waste Management To An Extent That Completely Relieves The Ordering Party From This Liability.
