The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Nowy Dwór Gdański, Which Will Include The Following Facilities: A) Warehouse Hall With Sanitary And Office Facilities; B) Storage Container No. 1; C) Storage Container No. 2 On An Independent Foundation; D) On-Road Scale On An Independent Foundation; E) Hardening Of The Square Area By Making A Surface With Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Road Slabs - 1818.19 M2; F) And The Necessary Infrastructure And Equipment For These Facilities. The Building Consists Of Three Main Volumes: A Single-Nave Hall With A Gable Roof, Side Volumes In Which Social And Sanitary Facilities Are Located And Storage Containers Made On The Basis Of Two Sea Containers Independently Added To The Building. Sea Containers Will Not Be Permanently Attached To The Building Or The Foundation Slab. The Contractor Should Treat The Bill Of Quantities Prepared By The Ordering Party As An Information Document Which He May Use, But Is Not Obliged To Do So. The Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Materials, Devices And Services Necessary For Its Comprehensive Execution And Handing Over The Facility For Use (Including Obtaining An Occupancy Permit) - Both Resulting Directly From The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As Those Not Included Therein, I.E. E.G.: Service And Surveying Inventory Of The Works Performed, Preparatory Works And Cleaning, Waste Removal And Disposal, Development Of The Construction Site, Including: Construction Facilities, Fencing, Access And Assembly Roads As Well As Water And Electricity Supply, Supervision, Telephone And Occupation Of The Road.
