The Detailed Scope Of The Task: Execution Of Construction Works Of Sanitary And Electrical Installations In Rooms And Communication Routes At The Faculty Of Production Engineering And Materials Technology - Department Of Physics Was Described In The Documentation Including: Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation, Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex To Swz. 1. Warranty And Guarantee: The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Guarantee For A Period Of Min. 60 Months For The Subject Of The Order, Excluding Systems And Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Order For Which A Warranty Is Provided By The Manufacturer. In The Case Of Systems And Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Order, The Warranty Period Applies In Accordance With The Manufacturers Warranty Conditions, But Not Shorter Than 36 Months. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide At Least 5-Year Warranty On The Subject Of The Order. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Guarantee And Warranty Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting An Integral Part Of The Terms Of Reference.2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Attached Documentation, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation, Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Bills Of Quantities, Technical Knowledge, Construction Practice, Construction Law And Other Applicable Regulations, In Particular Compliance With The Principles Of Ensuring Accessibility In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs, And Other Regulations Related To The Subject Of The Contract. The Attached Documentation Is Subject To Mandatory Verification By The Contractor. This Does Not Exclude The Obligation To Perform Demolition And Accompanying Works, Without Which The Subject Of The Order Could Not Be Ready For Operation Without Reducing Its Utility Value.3. The Documentation May Only Be Used By The Contractor To Prepare An Offer And Correctly Price The Order. It Cannot Be Used For Any Other Purpose.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Documentation, Check Its Completeness And Verify It, Get Acquainted With The Implementation Conditions And Take Them Into Account In The Valuation And Completion Date Of The Subject Of The Order.5. The Contractor Should Clarify Any Doubts With The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer, In The Manner Specified In This Specification.6. The Price Specified In The Offer For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Lump Sum Price That Is Not Subject To Verification, As A Result Of Which The Need To Perform Additional Works, Without Which The Subject Of The Order Could Not
