1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Design And Construction Of A Footbridge In The Town Of Rakowa On The Tyrawka Stream. The Facility Will Connect The Internal Municipal Road On Plots No. 147 And 42 And Will Be Used To Service Residential Buildings In Rakowa.2. The Task Is To Be Implemented In The Design And Build System.3. The Following Scope Of Work Is Planned As Part Of The Investment Task: 1) Developing And Agreeing With The Employer A Conceptual Design Of A Pedestrian And Driving Footbridge (Based On The Concept Attached To This Fup Or Based On The Contractors Own Concept While Maintaining The Functional Requirements For The Footbridge), 2) Obtaining All Necessary Final Decisions, Opinions And Permits For The Investment, 3) Developing And Completing The Construction Design Of The Footbridge Along With Access Roads And Reconstruction Of Conflicting Area Utilities And Obtaining A Building Permit, 4) Development Of A Technical Design For The Footbridge, 5) Development Of A Technical Design For Access To The Designed Footbridge, 6) Development Of Industry Designs For The Designed Footbridge, 7) Development Of A Design For The Final And Temporary Traffic Organization Along With All Necessary Arrangements And Permits (If Required) 8) Preparation And Obtaining A Final Environmental Decision And A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment; In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard;9) Preparing A Water-Legal Report, Obtaining A Water-Legal Permit;10) Making All Arrangements And Obtaining Consents And Opinions Necessary For; Preparation Of Design Documentation, Taking Into Account The Fact That The Construction Of The Footbridge Is Located In The Natura 2000 Area. The Scope Of Work Will Include The Full Scope Of Construction Works, Including The Authors Supervision And Carrying Out All Necessary Acceptance And Approvals For Use, Including Test Loading Of The Pedestrian And Road Footbridge. The Order Should Be Implemented On The Basis Of: 1. Pfu, 2. Concept. The Scope Of Design Studies And Formal And Legal Documents To Be Prepared/Obtained By The Contractor Will Include In Particular: 1) Reporting Works In The River Bed To The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection In Rzeszów 2) Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, 3) Water-Legal Study And Obtaining A Decision On A Water-Legal Permit Together With A Permit To Remove Trees Growing On Plots Owned By Pgw Wody Polskie, 4) Preparing Materials And Carrying Out The Appropriate Procedure For Obtaining An Agreement With Pgw Wody Polskie To Enter The Area In Connection With The Implementation Of The Task, 5) Decision To Allow The Removal Of Trees On Plots Owned By Other Than Pgw Wody Polskie, 6) Conceptual Design For The Construction Of A Footbridge Over The Tyrawka Stream, 7) Development, Architectural And Technical Design For The Construction Of A Footbridge Over The Stream Tyrawka, 8) Agreeing On The Investment With Pgw W
