Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz): Was Presented In The Documents: Stwiorb, Technical Designs, Bid Cost Estimates And Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz And Is An Integral Part Of The Swz And The Contract. 3. The Contractors Obligation Is To Perform All Other Works Not Listed In The Above Documents And Necessary, In Accordance With Applicable Law And The Purpose Specified By The Ordering Party, As Well As To Prepare And Submit To The Ordering Party The Validation Report.
