The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Servers With Software In Order To Increase The Level Of It Security As Part Of The Strengthening Of The National Cybersecurity System For The Obornicki County, Regarding The Implementation Of The Cybersafe Local Government Grant Project.2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025 And Ready For Operation Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered At The Contractors Expense, Risk And Transport, Along With Documentation In Polish, Warranty Terms And Warranty Card. 4. Place Of Delivery: Building Of The Oborniki District, With The Seat Of The District Office In Oborniki, Ul. 11 Listopada 2A, 64-600 Oborniki.5. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes All Works And Obligations Of The Contractor Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.6. The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor Should Be No Shorter Than 60 Months (For The Entire Product Range), Counting From The Date Of Signing The Handover Protocol (Acceptance Protocol).7. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Were Also Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
