1. Subject Of The Order.1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Impregnated Stands And Impregnated Large-Sized Wood. Impregnated Round Coniferous Wood, Large Size, Length 2.5 M - 6.0 M, Diameter Ø 25 Cm - 30 Cm, Hand-Barked, Meeting The Quality Requirements Specified In The Pn-G-19001 Standard Or According To Solutions Equivalent To M³ 103. Impregnated Canopy With A Length Of 5.0 - 6.0 M, Diameter Ø 8 Cm - 12 Cm, Hand-Barked, Meeting The Quality Requirements Specified In The Pn-G-19001 Standard Or According To Solutions Equivalent M³ 51.2. Large-Size, Hand-Barked Impregnated Wood Must Meet The Quality Requirements Of The Pn-G-19001 Standard Or Equivalent Solutions. The Ordering Party Will Consider The Following Solutions To Be Equivalent: 1) Wood With A Slenderness Of S≤150 2) Perpendicularity Of Cutting The Ends Should Not Exceed 1.5 Cm Of Deviation 3) Inadmissible Taper Exceeding 1.5 Cm Per 100 Cm Of Length 4) Inadmissible Rake Longer Than ½ Of The Stand Diameter 5) Tobacco Knots Inadmissible 6) Inadmissible Curvature Greater Than 1 Cm Per 100 Cm Of Length 100 Cm Long 7) Rot Is Unacceptable 8) Brown Algae Is Unacceptable 9) Circular Cracks Are Unacceptable If The Length Of The Crack From The Core Is Greater Than ¼ Of The Stands Diameter. 1.3 The Stands And Large-Sized Wood Delivered As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Impregnated In Accordance With The Ordinance Of The Mining Plant Operations Manager Of August 1, 2018, Regarding Fire-Retardant Impregnation. Wooden Elements Of The Casing And Decoration Of The Underground Workings Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine For Flame-Retardant Material Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.2. Delivery Terms.2.1 The Contractor, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Undertakes To Sell And Deliver The Subject Of The Order Successively, In Batches, During The Duration Of The Contract, In A Maximum Of 30 Batches. The Ordering Party Will Order Delivery Of Large-Size Wood In Batches Of No Less Than 5 M3 In Total. 2.2 The Number And Type Of Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract That Will Be Sold And Delivered In One Batch Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Will Be Specified In The Order Referred To In Point 2.1.2.3. The Ordering Party Will Submit Orders To The Contractor By E-Mail.
