1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Year-Round Summer And Winter Maintenance Of Order And Cleanliness On The Premises Of The Health Care Complex In Oświęcim During The 24-Month Period From February 1, 2026 To January 31, 2028, To The Extent Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 5 And In The Detailed Scope Of Work, Annex No. 6 To The Swz, In The Schedule Annex No. 8 To The Swz, In The Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Procedures Constituting Annexes No. 9 And No. 10 To The Swz.2. Due To The Fact That The Ordering Party Has A Procedure For The Contractor Carrying Out Work On The Premises Of The Zoz In Oświęcim - The Ordering Party Will Require Compliance With The Processes Contained Therein, And The Contractor Selected As A Result Of The Procedure Will Be Obliged To Sign Declarations, Appendix No. 3 And 5 To The Procedure Constituting Appendix No. 10 To The Swz.3, Before Commencing The Implementation Of The Contract. The Contractor Must Have Civil Liability Insurance For Its Business Activities For The Entire Duration Of The Contract For A Minimum Amount Of Pln 200,000.00.
