The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Renovation Of 9 Wells Operating In A Siphon System (Left A - Wells No. I, Ii, Iii, Lewar B - Wells No. Iv, V, Vi, Lewar C - Wells No. Vii, Viii, Ix), Located At The Water Intake At Ul. E. Orzeszkowa 3 In Zgorzelec, In Order To Achieve A Minimum Level Of 15% Of Primary Efficiency.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Use The Following (Two) Regeneration Methods For All Nine Wells: 1) Hydrodynamic Method (Air-Lift) - To Clean The Clogged Sub-Filtration Zone, 2) Chemical Method Using Food-Grade Citric Acid - To Dissolve The Accumulated Iron, Manganese And Calcium Compounds Around The Filter Bed Zone. 3. The Construction Of All Siphon Wells Referred To In Section 1 Of This Chapter, Includes: 1) Reinforced Concrete Rings With A Diameter Of 3.0 M, 2) A Slab, 3) Two Manholes, 4) A Platform Located At 6.0 M With A Protective Barrier, 5) A Ladder, 6) A Siphon Pipe With A Length Of 11.5 - 11.8 M (From The Slab), 7) Gate Valves, 8) Depth Of The Well From The Ground Surface: 9.3 - 10.0 M,9) Depth Of The Well From The Upper Edge Of The Casing: 13.6 - 14.4 M,10) Lever Pumping System,11) Water Is Supplied To The Well Through The Bottom Of The Well And Then Through Its Filter Bed With A Thickness Of 0.60 - 1.80 M.4. When Performing The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Take Into Account The Following Stages (Sequence) Of Service Implementation: 1) I - Decommissioning The Well From Operation By Closing The Gate Valve At The Connection To The Siphon. Measurement Of The Wells Efficiency And Measurements Of The Static And Dynamic Mirror; 2) Ii - Hydrodynamic Cleaning Of The Sub-Filtration Zone With Simultaneous Drainage Of Water With Loosened Clogging Material. Hydrodynamic Cleaning Of The Sub-Filtration Zone Should Be Performed Using An Effectively Selected Working Pressure. The Amount Of Pressure Should Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The Ordering Party;3) Iii - Chemical Cleaning Using Food-Grade Citric Acid - Use A Citric Acid Solution In Proportions Of Min. 50 Kg Of Acid For One Well. The Final Dose Of Acid Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party, 4) Iv - After Cleaning The Sub-Filtration Zone, The Bottom Should Be Gravelled With A New Filtration Layer Made Of Washed Pebbles. Pumping Should Be Carried Out Until Clear Water With A Neutral Ph Is Obtained. Water From Purification Pumping Should Be Neutralized With Hydrated Calcium And, After Obtaining The Ph, Discharged To The Nysa Łużycka River At Least 100 M Below The Groundwater Intake. For The Purposes Of Discharging Water From Pumping, A Water Law Application Must Be Submitted To The Water Supervision Authority At Ul. Maratońska 1 In Zgorzelec;5) V - After Cleaning Each Siphon (Stages I-Iv), The Well Should Be Disinfected And Water Samples Should Be Collected And Tested By The Contractor In An Accredited Laboratory In The Field Of Microbiological And Physicochemical Tests In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of H
