1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery (Including Transport + Unloading) Of Light Fuel Oil To The Special School Complex No. 3 In Bytom, In An Amount Of Up To Pln 108,000 Thousand. Liters (In Words: One Hundred And Eight Thousand) Or Until The Amount Intended To Finance The Subject Of The Order Is Exhausted. Guaranteed Quantity 85,000 Liters. The Minimum Single Delivery Is 7,000 Liters. The Capacity Of The Oil Tanks At The Recipients Disposal Is 24,500 Liters, I.E. 8 Tanks Of 2,500 Liters Each - Special School Complex No. 3 In Bytom And The Entertainment And Sports Hall - 3 Tanks Of 1,500 Liters Each. 2. Type Of Oil: Light Fuel Oil In Accordance With The Polish Standard Pn-C 96024:2011, Meeting At Least The Following Requirements:A. Density At 15 C, Max. 0.860G/M3b. Calorific Value, Min. 42.6 Mj/Kgc. Flash Point, Min. 56 Cont. Kinematic Viscosity At 20 C, Max. 6.00Mm2/S. Fractional Composition: - Up To 250 C Distils, Max. 65% (V/V) - Up To 350 C Distils, Min. 85% (V/V)F. Pour Point, Max. -20 Cg. Coking Residue From 10% Distillation Residue, Max. 0.3% (M/M)H. Sulfur Content, Max. 0.1% (M/M)I. Water Content, Max. 200 Mg/Kgj. Content Of Solid Impurities, Max. 24 Mg/Kg. Residue After Ashing, Max 0.01% (M/M) A Quality Certificate Is Required For Each Delivery, Delivered Together With The Wz.3 Documents. Delivery Should Be Made By Vehicles Intended For The Transport Of Light Fuel Oil (With The Required Tests And Certificates) With A Capacity Of Max. 24500L, Equipped With: 4. Pump And Counter (Verified). The Contractor Should Have A Set Of Replaceable Refueling Nozzles. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform The Work Within The Scope Of The Required License For Trading In Liquid Fuels.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A 12-Month Warranty For The Completed Item Of Order, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Item Of Delivery.6. The Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Template Agreement, Which Constitutes Annex No. 5 To This Siwz.
