The Subject Of The Order Includes The Successive Felling Of Trees And Shrubs Growing In The Września Commune, Along With Milling Of Their Trunks And Roots, Removal And Removal Of Stumps, Removal Of The So-Called Branch Cutting, Removing Overhangs In Tree Crowns And Performing Tree Crown Care Treatments. Works Related To The Felling Of Trees And Shrubs Will Be Performed On The Basis Of Permits Issued By The Relevant Authorities Referred To In The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Nature Protection (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1478, As Amended). The Services Will Mainly Cover Works Performed On Trees In Parks, Trees In The Road And Other Areas Belonging To The Września Commune, Aimed At Ensuring Safety In Public Places. After Receiving The Decision On Felling, The Ordering Party Will Determine The Place And Date Of Felling On The Basis Of Separate Orders Under This Contract. The Order Will Be Carried Out According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Specifying The Location, Size Of The Material Scope And Deadline For Completion In The Form Of Protocol - Order; The Estimated Scope Of The Order Includes Felling Of Trees If The Ordering Party Obtains A Decision Allowing The Cutting Of Trees With A Circumference Of: - Up To 50 Cm - 45 Pcs., - From 51-100 Cm - 110 Pcs., - From 101-150 Cm - 32 Pcs. Pcs., - From 151-200 Cm - 25 Pcs., - From 201-250 Cm - 7 Pcs., - Area 251 Cm - 15 Pcs., - Clearing The Area, Clearing And Removing Branches - 1000 M, - Maintenance And Technical Cutting - 785 Pcs. Of Trees, Detailed Data Is Provided In Annex 1.1 (Offer Cost Estimate) To The Swz. The Ordering Party Estimates That During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract, As Part Of The Ad Hoc Removal Of Trees Threatening Safety, Felling May Cover A Total Of Approximately 250 Trees And 80 Square Meters Of Bush Cutting, And Maintenance Treatments (Delimbing, Forming Tree Crowns, Phytosanitary Treatments) May Cover Approximately 535 Trees And 70 Square Meters Of Shrubs.
