1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Various Medicines According To 7 Packages To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party (Kraków, Os. Złota Jesieni 1), In Accordance With The Description And Requirements Contained In Annex No. 1 To This Specification Regarding Package No. 1. 2. Validity Date / Warranty Period Of The Subject Of The Order: Cannot Be Shorter Than 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery, And For Products For Enteral And Oral Nutrition - Not Shorter Than Half Of The Expiry Date For A Given Product. Deliveries Of Products With A Shorter Expiry Date May Be Permitted In Exceptional Situations And Each Time Consent Must Be Given By An Authorized Representative Of The Ordering Party With Confirmation Via E-Mail.3. Only Drugs Included In The National Health Funds Reimbursement Lists Are Allowed In Drug And Chemotherapy Programs (The Price Of The Drug Cannot Exceed The Financing Limit Set By The National Health Fund).4. The Ordering Party Should Include The Form Of The Drug In The Specification, E.G. Tablets. Means All Types Of Tablets, And Capsules Mean All Types Of Capsules, Etc. In Other Cases, The Form Of The Drug Is Precisely Specified, E.G. Enteric, I.E. Only The Enteric Tablet Is Allowed.5. The Medicinal Product That Is The Subject Of The Order Should Be Understood As Medicinal Products Within The Meaning Of The Pharmaceutical Law Act Of September 6, 2001 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 686, As Amended). The Offered Medicinal Product Must Be Authorized For Marketing Under The Terms Set Out In Art. 3 Or 4 Section 1 And 2 Or 4A Of The Pharmaceutical Law.6. The Ordering Party Allows The Participation Of Authorized Subcontractors In The Implementation Of This Order In The Part Concerning The Transport Of The Medicinal Product To The Ordering Partys Headquarters.7. The Remaining Terms Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Specification.
