The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of The Southern Stand - On The So-Called First Arch (Connection Of The Main Stand With The Eastern Stand) Of The Municipal Stadium. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego At Ul. Sportowa 2 In Bydgoszcz And Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Investor, The Necessary Decisions, Opinions And Permits For The Implementation Of The Project, To The Extent And Under The Conditions Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of Order With Annexes, Including The Annex Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2. The Ordering Party Provides In An Editable Version The Design Documentation For The Construction Of The Southern Stand Prepared In 2021 In Order To Introduce All Changes Required By The Ordering Party, The User And The Currently Applicable Regulations. In Addition, Any Differences In The Existing Condition Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Taken Into Account, Including The Modernization Of The Speedway Track Drainage In 2024 And The Reconstruction Of The Stadium Lighting In 2025.
