The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Fuel For Company Cars, Vehicles And Devices Used By The Kwidzyn Commune Using Fuel Cards Enabling Cashless Purchases.1) The Place Of Fuel Collection (Refueling) Will Be The Contractors Fuel Stations.2) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have 24/7 Service Stations (With Employees, Without The Need To Have A Designated Customer Service Employee In The Field Of Refueling). Week, Throughout The Country.3) The Ordering Party Will Purchase Fuel At Fuel Stations At The Contractors Disposal, Throughout The Country, Depending On The Location Of The Need To Refuel, With Particular Emphasis On The City Of Kwidzyn And Stations Located At A Distance Not Exceeding 5 Km (Distance Calculated By Public Road) From The Seat Of The Kwidzyn Commune Office. The List Of Fuel Stations At The Contractors Disposal, Where The Ordering Party Can Perform The Subject Of The Contract, Will Constitute An Annex To The Contract. 4) The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has Fuel Stations That Meet The Requirements Provided For In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of July 24, 2023 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Liquid Fuel Bases And Stations, Liquid Gas Bases And Stations, Long-Distance Transmission Pipelines For The Transport Of Crude Oil And Products Petroleum And Their Location (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1707).5) Estimated Demand For Fuel Over A 12-Month Period (Fuel Filled Directly Into Vehicles And Into The Canister).• Unleaded Petrol Pb - Approx. 4,500 Liters• Diesel Oil - Approx. 22,000 Liters6) The Given Amounts Of Fuel Are Approximate Values, Estimated At Based On Consumption In Previous Years And Expected Demand And Are For Information Purposes Only. The Contractor Declares That He Will Not Make Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Ordering A Smaller Or Larger Quantity Of Fuel.7) The Purchase Price Of Fuel Will Be The Current Price On The Day Of Purchase (Refueling) Applicable At The Contractors Gas Station, Reduced By The % Discount Specified In The Contractors Offer.8) Fuel Will Be Purchased Directly Into The Tanks Of The Ordering Partys Company Cars And Into A Canister Intended For Devices Owned By The Kwidzyn Commune By The Holder Of The Card Issued On Kwidzyn Commune.9) Transactions Will Be Carried Out Using Fuel Cards. The Contractor Will Issue And Deliver Free Of Charge Cards To The Kwidzyn Commune Office: 2 Pieces For Each Vehicle Owned By The Kwidzyn Commune Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.10) The Contractor Will Issue Additional Cards To The Ordering Party Free Of Charge In The Event Of An Increase In The Number Of Cars Used By The Ordering Party Or A Change To Another Car/Cars. The Contractor Will Issue The Cards And Deliver Them At His Own Expense To The Ordering Partys Office Within 14 Days From The Date Of Receiving Written Notification From The Ordering Party About The Need To Issue A New Card.11) The Ordering Party Currently Has
