The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Care Services For Clients Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Kaźmierz - Residents Of The Kaźmierz Commune, In Their Place Of Residence. The Services Will Be Provided To Gops Clients In The Kaźmierz Commune Entitled To Use These Services On The Basis Of An Administrative Decision Specifying The Weekly Number Of Services, Indicating The Days Of The Week On Which They Will Be Provided And The Amount Of Payment. The Services Are To Be Provided In Clients Homes 7 Days A Week On Weekdays And Sundays (Monday To Sunday), From 6:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. And, In Justified Cases, On Days Off From Work (Holidays), From 6:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. Care Services Should Be Understood As Services Tailored To The Specific Needs Of People Requiring Assistance In The Form Of Care Services Resulting From, Among Others, Type Of Disease. They Include In Particular: Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs: - Assistance In Making Purchases (Food, Cleaning Products, Newspapers, Etc.) And Delivering Them, - Preparing Meals In Accordance With The Principles Of Dietetics And The Appropriate Disease Entity (E.G. Diabetes - Anti-Diabetic Diet), And, If Necessary, Pureeing Or Mixing Food, - Preparing Medications For The Client To Take In Accordance With The Doctors Instructions And Reminding About The Need Taking Medications, - Delivering Ready-Made Meals (E.G. From A Bar), - Preparing Products Or Meals For The Part Of The Day When You Are Alone And Storing Them Properly, - In The Case Of Limited Mobility: Feeding And Watering, - Assistance In Heating The Apartment, - Assistance In Paying Fees And Charges, Activities Related To Maintaining The Personal Hygiene Of The Patient: - Full Body Toilet (Bath, Body Lubrication), - Oral Care, - Care Hands And Feet (Cutting Nails), - Hair Care (Washing, Combing), - If Necessary, Protection With Diapers, Toilet After Each Time They Get Dirty - Changing Into Clean Clothes, - Preventing Pressure Sores, Activities Related To Maintaining Environmental Hygiene: - Airing Rooms, - Wiping Dust, - Washing Floors, - Vacuuming Carpets, - Washing Windows Up To The Height Of A Raised Hand, - Washing Dishes, - Keeping Clean. In The Kitchen, Bathroom, Toilet, - Washing And Ironing The Clients Clothes Or Bedding, As Part Of Care - In Accordance With The Doctors Recommendations, As Part Of Ensuring Contact With The Environment: - Going For Walks, - Maintaining Or Ensuring The Possibility Of Constant Contact With The Doctor, - Acting As An Intermediary In Contacts With The Institution (Gops, Etc.). The Estimated Number Of Care Services Is 500 Hours Per Month. The Order Will Be Implemented From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 For A Total Estimated Duration Of 6,000 Hours For Approximately 30 People. The Size Of The Order May Change Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.
