Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. - Annex No. 2 To The Swz; B). Draft Provisions Of The Contract, I.E. - Annex No. 4 To Swz.4. The Contractor Must Have A Valid Document Confirming Ownership Of The Copyright To The Eskulap Hospital It System Produced By Nexus Polska Sp. Z O. O. And Impuls Production Bpsc Sp. Z O. O. Or Authorizations Of The Owner Of Copyrights To The Above-Mentioned Systems, Which Indicate That The Contractor Is Authorized To Provide Maintenance Services And To Provide Access To New Versions Of The Software. 5. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
