Part I - Maintaining Order And Cleanness In The Area Of The Spa Park In Ciężkowice. Maintenance Of The Green Areas Of The Zdrojowy Park Includes The Following Groups Of Works: Cleaning Works - Carried Out In The Areas Of The Zdrojowy Park, If Necessary, Together With Winter Maintenance Of Pedestrian Routes, Passages And Field Stairs Inside Hydrotherapy Facilities And Sidewalks Directly Adjacent To The Green Areas (Mountain Garden, Sensory Garden) Within The Spa Park (Without Paths In The Forest And Arboretum): A) Keeping All Paths And Squares Clean - Daily Crossing Of Paths, Monitoring To Prevent Waste From Accumulating, Including: Branches, Leaves, Paper, Remnants Of Paper Packaging, Foil, Glass, Metal Bottles, Cans, Abandoned Garbage Bags, Garbage Stuck To The Branches Of Trees And Bushes, Garbage Stuck To Bushy Surfaces, Cigarette Butts, Animal Excrement, Etc. Using A Mop And Cleaning Agents, Removing Contaminants From The Surface Of Pedestrian Paths, Such As Bird And Animal Excrement, Chewing Gum, And Stains From Ice Cream And Waffles, Whipped Cream, Sauces, Etc. Gardening Works: A) Year-Round Care Of The Greenery In The Sensory Garden, Alpine Garden And On The Heath In Terms Of Weeding And Pruning (2 Times), Including Regular Inspection Of The Health Condition Of Plants And Performing All Necessary Care Work, Including Replacing All Identified Withered And Damaged Plants/Shrubs Provided By The Ordering Party. B) Ongoing Removal Of Grass And Weeds Growing In Spots Near The Curb, Around Road Sign Posts, Fence Posts And Lighting Poles Located In Road Lanes, As Well As Between Slabs Or Paving Stones Of Sidewalks, Parking Spaces, Parking Lots, And Between Steps Of Stairs And From Sewage Running Along Field Stairs In Order To Maintain Their Patency.
