1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Diesel Oil For The Needs Of The Tourist And Municipal Services Center In Więcwice.2. Detailed Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order 1) Depending On Its Current Needs, The Ordering Party Will Place Individual Orders For The Supply Of Diesel Oil To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract (Until December 31, 2026) Until The Total Quantity Of The Order Is Completed. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Purchase The Maximum Amount Of Diesel Oil, I.E. 50 M³, During The Duration Of The Contract.2) The Supplied Diesel Oil (Summer, Transitional Or Winter Depending On The Season) Should Meet All Required Quality Standards And Have The Required Quality Certificate (Laboratory Certificate).3) Each Delivery Of Diesel Oil Will Be At Least 2,000 Liters Or More Depending On Current Demand. The Single Quantity May Be Changed At The Request Of The Ordering Party Without Affecting The Prices Used In Settlements And Without The Need To Annex The Contract. 4) Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered By Road Tanker Equipped With A Legalized Fuel Meter And A Fuel Temperature Meter. Fuel Will Be Unloaded Using A Pump At The Tanker Truck Into The Ordering Partys Containers (We Would Like To Inform You That We Have One Tank With A Capacity Of 2,500 Liters). An Oil Sample Will Be Taken From Each Delivery In The Presence Of The Suppliers Driver And Stored In A Sealed Container At The Ordering Partys Premises (The Container Prepared By The Ordering Party Will Be Sealed With Two Seals, One Of Which Will Be Applied By The Suppliers Driver And The Other By The Ordering Partys Employee - The Suppliers Driver Is Obliged To Have His Own Seals And A Device For Assembling The Above-Mentioned Item). If Any Irregularities In The Operation Of The Devices Are Found, The Sample Will Be Sent For Testing By An Independent Laboratory. If It Is Found That The Oil Sample Taken From The Tanker Does Not Meet The Required Quality Standards, The Contractor Will Replace The Delivered Diesel Oil With A Defect-Free One Within 3 Days Of Receiving A Written Notice And Will Correct The Quantitative Deficiencies, And Will Be Obliged To Cover Any Losses And Costs Incurred By The Ordering Party In Connection With The Situation. 5) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check The Fuel In Terms Of Quality And Quantity. The Tanker Truck Referred To In Point 4) Will Be Weighed On The Ordering Partys Scale At Entry And Exit.6) Quality Certificates (Laboratory Certificate), Fuel Release Document (Wz) Will Be Attached To Each Delivery Of Diesel Oil.7) A Certificate Of Legalization Of The Tanker Meter Is To Be Delivered With Each First Delivery Of A New Car (Tanker).8) The Ordering Party Declares That In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law, Journal Of Laws Journal Of Laws 2024.266 I.E.
