The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Universal Postal Services To The Commune Office In Oława, Consisting In Accepting, Transporting And Delivering Postal Items In Domestic And Foreign Traffic And Providing The Ordering Party With Return Acknowledgments Of Receipt After Successful Delivery, As Well As Returning To The Ordering Party Postal Items Not Delivered To The Recipient After Exhausting All Possibilities Of Their Delivery Or Release, In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions, In Particular: A) The Act Of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Items 366, 820, As Amended); B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of April 29, 2013 On The Conditions For The Provision Of Universal Services By The Designated Operator (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1026); C) Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of November 26, 2013 On Complaints About The Postal Service (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 474); D) International Postal Regulations Regarding The Provision Of Postal Services In Foreign Traffic, Unless They Provide Otherwise Than Regulated By The Provisions Of The Act Of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law. The Contractor Is Fully Bound By All The Above-Mentioned Legal Acts, Which Fully And In Detail Describe And Regulate, In The Current Legal Status, The Provision Of Postal Services Covered By The Subject Of These Proceedings.
