1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Conducting Supervision For Staff Employed In Entities Working For Social Inclusion In Małopolska.2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide Supervision For 15 Supervision Groups, 48 ​​Hours Of Supervision For Each Group (12 Meetings Of 4 Hours Each), I.E. A Total Of 720 Hours Of Supervision. 1 Supervision Hour = 45 Minutes. Meetings For One Group Are Planned To Be Held Once A Month, But At Least Once Every 3 Weeks.3. The Service Will Be Provided In The Form Of Direct Contact, On Working Days, Between: Between 7:00 A.M. And 5:00 P.M., In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. Communes Located In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship.4. The Size Of The Supervision Group Is Approximately 12 People.
