Description Of The Subject Of The Order1. Unblocking And Cleaning Of The Sewage System, As Well As Emptying And Transporting Liquid Waste From Septic Tanks On The Property Belonging To The Resources Of The Bytom Commune A) In The Scope Of Unblocking The Sewage System: The Ordering Party Entrusts, And The Contractor Accepts, The Service Of Unblocking The Sewage System In 2026 On The Premises Of The Real Estate Resources Of The Bytom Commune. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Unblocking Services Installation Of Internal Sewage Systems In Buildings And Connections And Inspection Wells, I.E. External Sewage Systems Using A Portable, Specialized Device Of The Wuko Type, Together With Pumping Out Water And Waste (Feces) In The Event Of Flooding Resulting From Blockages. B) In The Scope Of Emptying Septic Tanks: The Ordering Party Entrusts And The Contractor Accepts The Service Of Emptying Septic Tanks (Septic Tanks) And Transport In 2025 Liquid Waste Using A Slurry Tanker.  Liquid Waste Is Social And Domestic Sewage Collected In Septic Tanks, The Chemical Composition Of Which Meets Specific Standards Allowing Discharge Of This Waste Into The Municipal Sewage System.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Specify In The Offer Form The Time Of Commencement Of The Sewage Unblocking Service With Wuko Equipment As A Result Of A Failure, Counting From The Moment Of Receiving The Notification. 4. The Minimum Time Required By The Ordering Party To Start The Service Is 60 Minutes (I.E. 1 Hour). The Maximum Time Required By The Ordering Party To Start The Service Is 120 Minutes (I.E. 2 Hours).5. The Contractor Offers The Time Of Accession To The Service In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 3A To The Swz). The Contractor May Offer To Shorten The Time Required To Start The Service - This Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers K2.6. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
