The Subject Of The Order Is To Prepare And Deliver Meals For Students Of The Primary School. John Paul Ii In Tomaszowice1. The Service Will Apply To Approximately 42 Children From Kindergarten Classes - Aged 3-6 And Approximately 58 School Students - Aged 7-14, Enrolled In Kindergarten Classes And School In The Calendar Year 2026.2. The Number Of Meals Will Vary Depending On The Parents Decision To Enroll Their Child For Lunch, The Childrens Attendance At School And Other Circumstances, E.G. Students Going On A Trip, Competition, Etc. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Number Of Meals In Accordance With The Demand Placed By The Ordering Party For A Given Day. 3. The Contractor Will Deliver Meals Using Its Own Transport, In Specialized Thermoses That Guarantee Maintaining The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Transported Dishes, Prepared For Portioning At The Meal Serving Point At The Ordering Partys Premises.4. The Menu Will Be Prepared By The Contractor For A Period Of 5 Days (1 Week) And Delivered (Sent By E-Mail To The Following Addresses: Sptomaszowice@Ugjastkow.Pl And Da0777@Interia.Pl) To The Ordering Party For Prior Approval (At Least 3 Days In Advance, I.E. No Later Than Friday Or The Last Working Day Of The Week Preceding The Period Covered By The Menu, By 10.00). Any Changes In The Menu Suggested By The Ordering Party Will Be Binding On The Contractor;5. The Menu Will Include Information On The Composition Of Meals, Allergens And Caloric Value.6. The Product In The Daily Menu Must Comply With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154)7. The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare Separate Meals For Children With Food Allergies, After Reporting Such A Need And Determining The Food Products Excluded From The Menu By The School Or Parent. 8. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Meals In Separate Containers To Children From The Youngest Kindergarten Department, Which Has Its Own Meal Serving Point. When Reporting The Number Of Meals For A Given Day, The Ordering Party Will Provide Their Number.
