1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Delivery Including The Purchase And Provision Of Gas Fuel Distribution Services In The Form Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E For Namysłowski Ośrodek Sportu I Rekreacji Sp. Z O. O. Natural Gas Will Be Supplied In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Under The Conditions Specified By The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997, The Implementing Regulations To This Act And The Approved Tariffs For The Supply Of Gaseous Fuels To Psg Sp. Z O. O. The Contractor Will Supply Natural Gas In Accordance With The Applicable Quality Standards Of Customer Service Specified In The Implementing Acts Issued On The Basis Of The Energy Law. Estimated Quantity: 2 Gas Consumption Points, In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Estimated Demand For Natural Gas For A Period Of 12 Months, I.E. From The Date Of Signing The Contract, No Earlier Than From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, Which Will Be Supplied To The Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Is 390,755 Kwh. The Above Value Is An Estimate And May Change, It Is Used Only To Calculate The Offer Price. In The Event Of A Difference Between Planned And Actual Consumption, The Contractor Will Not Pursue Financial Claims Other Than Those Resulting From The Amount Of Gas Used. The Current Operator Of The Distribution System Is The Distribution System Operator: Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. Branch Of The Gas Plant In Zabrze. The Costs Of Using The Subject Of The Order Include: Gas Sales Fee, Subscription Fee, Fixed And Variable Distribution Fee. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With A List Of Natural Gas Consumption Points Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Current Comprehensive Agreements Are Valid Until December 31, 2025. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Activities And Arrangements With The Distribution System Operator Necessary To Carry Out The Supplier Change Procedure, Based On A Separately Granted Power Of Attorney (If Applicable). 2. Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts: Excessive Technical Difficulties, Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution And Difficulties In Coordinating The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, Which Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And The Offer.
