The Service In Question Will Be Provided In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, On All Days, Including Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays. Transport Will Take Place On The Route: Dąbrówka Nowa I – Dąbrówka Nowa Ii – Dąbrówczyn – Sicienko – Wojnowo – Mochle – Mochle Las – Szczutki – Osówiec Ul. Panorama Of The Village – Osówiec Ul. Makowa – Osówiec – Osówiec I – Osówiec Leśniczówka – Osówiec 72 Netto – Osówiec Leśniczówka – Osówiec I – Osówiec Shop – Osówiec Ul. Makowa – Osówiec Ul. Panorama Of The Village - Szczutki - Mochle Las - Mochle - Wojnowo - Sicienko - Dąbrówczyn - Dąbrówka Nowa Ii - Dąbrówka Nowa I. The Length Of One Route Is 41,000 M. There Are 5 Trips A Day From Monday To Friday On Working Days And 2 Trips A Day On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays. 4. Required Number Of Rolling Stock To Complete The Order - 1 Bus With A Minimum Of 20 Passenger Seats, With Automatic Doors Opened From The Drivers Seat, Equipped With Air Conditioning In The Passenger Section, And 1 Bus With A Minimum Of 20 Passenger Seats As Reserve Rolling Stock. 5. Buses Intended For The Execution Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Regulations Regarding The Admission Of Buses To Traffic, Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502) And The Transport Law Act Of November 15, 1984 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024). R., Item 1262). In The Event Of A Change In The Regulations Specifying The Requirements For Buses Used In Public Transport, These Buses Will Be Immediately Adapted To The Changed Requirements.6. If The Ordering Party Discloses That When Performing The Services That Are The Subject Of The Agreement, The Contractor Uses Buses That Do Not Meet The Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of Applicable Law Or The Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged, Within A Maximum Of 60 Minutes, To Replace Such Buses With Others That Comply With The Requirements Specified In The Applicable Provisions Of Law And The Agreement.7. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Services In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, Including The Act Of November 15, 1984, Transport Law.
