The Scope Of The Documentation Should Include: Preparation Of Multi-Sector Design Documentation For The Expansion Of Municipal Roads In Mokra Over A Length Of Approximately 2.7 Km In The Scope Of: - Construction Of A Road With A Surface Bituminous, Adapted To The Traffic Of Vehicles With A Permissible Load Of A Single Driving Axle Up To 11.5 T, - Ensuring The Possibility Of Pedestrian And/Or Pedestrian And Bicycle Traffic On The Above-Mentioned Section In A Way That Minimizes The Felling Of Trees - Construction Of A Pedestrian Crossing On An Elevated Position - Solutions Ensuring Adequate Drainage Of The Road Lane, - Construction Of Street Lighting, - Construction Of Exits, - Removal Of All Collisions With The Designed Road System If They Occur, - Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions As Well As Materials And Division Maps Necessary To Issue A Decision On The Implementation Of A Road Investment In The Absence Of Land In The Existing Road Lane, - Obtaining The Consent Of The Administrative Body Architectural And Construction Works For The Implementation Of The Investment, - Performing Authors Supervision, After Developing The Design Documentation And Obtaining Effective Notification/Permits To Carry Out Construction Works, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Following Documents: A) 4 Copies Of The Construction And Technical Design Together With All Arrangements In This Regard + 1 Copy In Electronic Version In Dwg Format (Not Newer Than Auto Cad 2006) Or Dxf And In Pdf, B) 1 Copy Of Technical Specifications For Execution And Acceptance Construction Works + 1 Copy In Electronic Version In Word, C) 1 Set Of Detailed Investor Cost Estimate Prepared Using The Detailed And Zero-Based Calculation Method Along With The Bill Of Quantities + 1 Copy In Electronic Version In Kst Or Ath Format On Cdd) Map Bases In Electronic Or Paper Form (If Necessary), E) Effective Notification/Permit To Carry Out Construction Works And All Previously Obtained Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions, F) A Statement That The Developed Design Documentation Is Consistent With The Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, In A Complete State From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is To Serve, G) A Statement On The Transfer To The Ordering Party Of All Rights Arising From Copyright And Related Rights, As Well As Consent To The Use Of Design Documentation For The Purposes Of Describing The Subject Of The Order And Making It Available In Electronic And Paper Form When Announcing A Tender For The Implementation Of The Next Stage Of The Investment, H) Justification For The Use Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Service
