The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Chimney Sweeping Services From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2028 In Municipal Buildings Managed By Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego Sp. Z O. O. In Ruda Śląska In The Scope Of: • Periodic Technical Inspection Of Chimney Flues In Accordance With Art. 62 Section 1 Point 1C Of The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418). • Cleaning Of Smoke, Exhaust And Ventilation Chimneys Based On The Provisions Of The Act Of August 24, 1991. On Fire Protection (Uniform Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 188) And The Implementing Regulations And Subject Standards Issued On Its Basis, Including, Among Others: Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 7, 2010 On Fire Protection Of Buildings, Other Construction Facilities And Areas (Journal Of Laws No. 109 Of 2010, Item 719) And Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of August 16, 1999 On The Technical Conditions For The Use Of Residential Buildings (Journal Of Laws Of 1999) No. 74, Item 836, As Amended). Services Include (On An Annual Basis): • Four-Time Cleaning Of Smoke Ducts (At Least Once Every 3 Months), • Two-Time Cleaning Of Exhaust Gas Ducts (At Least Once Every 6 Months), • One Cleaning Of Ventilation Ducts (At Least Once Every 12 Months). Soot, Debris, Bricks, Bird Nests And Other Elements Lying There, Cleaning The Heads And Bases, Removing Impurities And Soot From The Cleanout And Taking It Outside The Building. Soot Storage In The Place Indicated By The Relevant Building Operations District. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Works Are Specified In The Specification For The Performance And Acceptance Of Services (Swiou). The Tender Covers Buildings Located In Six Building Operation Areas In Accordance With The Attached Building Address Lists, Including The Specifications Of Chimney Flues And Connections. The Lists Are Presented In Annexes No. A, B, C, D, E, F To The Specification For The Performance And Acceptance Of Services (Swiou).
