The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Cleaning Services And Ongoing Maintenance Of Residential, Utility And Office Rooms, Passageways And Utility Rooms With A Usable Area Of 3,374.33 M2 At The Social Welfare Home In Skrzynno, Cleaning Of Windows With An Area Of 13.35 M2 And Cleaning And Maintaining Cleanliness Of External Stairs And A Terrace With An Area Of 118.22 M2. Note! A) 3374.33 M2 - Usable Area Cleaned Per Day, In Accordance With The Scope Described In Annex No. 1 To Swz, Point 7 (Table), I.E. Including Cleaning Of Windows In Rooms Covered By The Service, B) 13.35 M2 - Window Cleaning Area In Rooms Not Covered By The Cleaning Service, Listed In Annex No. 1 To Swz, Point 8, C) 118.22 M2 - Area For Cleaning And Maintaining Cleanliness Of External Stairs And Terrace Listed In Annex No. 1 To Swz Point 9. 2. By Cleaning, The Ordering Party Understands All Activities Aimed At Maintaining Order, Hygiene And Aesthetics, Including Keeping Dirty Surfaces Clean In Dps Buildings, Covering Various Types Of Activities, Including Activities Listed In Annex No. 1 To Swz, Point 7 (Table). 3. If It Is Necessary To Commission Additional Activities Involving Significant Costs To The Contractor, They May Be Performed Based On The Remuneration Specified In The Draft Contract, Provided That The Ordering Party Provides The Necessary Funds And/Or Equipment For Their Implementation. 4. In The Scope Of Providing Services, In The Event Of Painting, Renovation Of Rooms Or Failure, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform: 1) Additional Activities Or 2) General Cleaning Or 3) Other Activities Not Included In Point. 7 Of Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Table), And Are Intended To Maintain Cleanliness In The Dps And The Safety Of The Residents And Employees Of The Dps.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Area Referred To In Point. 1, I.E. Increasing Or Decreasing And Changing The Distribution Of Avenging. Reduction Of The Area May Occur, Among Others, In The Case Of: Renovation Works, Lease, Epidemic, Reduction In The Number Of Inhabitants, Organizational Changes, Reduction Of Budget Funds And Other Which The Ordering Party Could Not Predict At The Time Of Concluding The Contract. The Increase May Occur, Among Others: In The Event Of The Creation Of Additional Rooms Or A Change In The Purpose Of The Rooms.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Temporarily Exclude The Scope Of Cleaning Of Rooms, In Particular: 1) In The Case Of Renovation, Modernization Or Investment Works, 2) In The Case Of Waiting For An Occupancy Permit Or Other Required Permit Or Decision, 3) For Organizational Reasons Or The Safety Of Residents. 7. In Individual Months, During The Implementation Of The Service, It Is Allowed To Change The Areas Subject To Cleaning (Both Reducing And Increasing) Up To A Maximum Of 20% Of The Total Area, And During Renovation Works Up To 35%.8.
