The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil In The Amount Of 150,000 Liters To A Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters Located At The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Ul. Armii Krajowej 2, 21-050 Piaski.2. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To:1) Deliver 150,000 Liters Of Diesel Oil And Install A Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 L.2) The Dates And Quantities Of Diesel Oil Deliveries Will Be Each Time Specified By The Ordering Party By Phone Or E-Mail At Least One Day In Advance. Unit Oil Refueling Is Expected To Range From 2,000 To 5,000 Liters. Delivery Should Take Place No Later Than 2 P.M. The Ordering Party Determines The Deadlines For Accepting Deliveries As Follows: Working Days (Monday To Friday, Excluding Saturdays, Sundays And Public Holidays) From 700 To 1400). The Amount Of Fuel Delivered Will Be Determined Assuming A Reference Fuel Temperature Of 150C Based On The Printout From The Tanker Printer. Deliveries Will Be Carried Out By The Contractors Transport And At His Expense.
