1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Provision Of Public Transport Services In The Markowa Commune.2. Providing Public Collective Transport Services In The Markowa Commune, Consisting Of Bus Transport Services On The Markowa Crossroads - Husów - Tarnawka Line.3. Passenger Road Transport - Bus Transport. Transport Will Be Performed As Part Of Public Collective Transport Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Markowa Commune, In Accordance With Art. 7 Section 1, Point 1 Of The Act Of December 16, 2010 On Public Collective Transport (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 285) In The Calendar Year 2026.4. The Operator Will Regularly Transport People, According To The Following Schedule: Three Times A Day On A Given Route, On Weekdays There And Back.5. The Transport Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt Public Transport To The Timetables Of Other Carriers Providing Transport In The Markowa Commune. It Is The Carriers Responsibility To Agree On The Transport Rules And Obtain Appropriate Consents To Use The Stops.6. The Total Expected Transport Work, As Indicated In Section 2 Of The Communication Line, During The Duration Of The Contract Is No More Than: 40,068 Vehicle-Kilometers In A Period Of 252 Working Days.7. Line Length: 26.5 Km. 8. Daily Amount 159 Kilometers.9. Planned Total Operational Work (Vehicle-Kilometers): 40,068.10. Detailed Contractual Provisions Constitute Annex 6 To This Swz11. The List Of Stops Is Attached As Annex No. 8 To This Tor. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance The Entire Contract Are Not Granted To It.
