The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Washing Various Types Of Hospital Linen, Medical Clothing For Employees, Along With The Rental Of Products Such As: Duvet Cover 140X220, Sheet Size 165X275, Pillowcase 70X80, Underlay 90X160, Duvet 140X200, Pillow 70X80, Surgical Clothes, Surgical Cap And Marking Of The Product Range. Rented And Owned By The Hospital Using Rfid Technology For Sp Zoz In Bogatynia. The Service Includes: Provision Of Comprehensive Laundry Services In The Contractors Laundry And Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Service Of The Necessary Infrastructure, Devices For Operating The Radio Identification System (Rfid) Along With The Rental Of The Assortment Specified In The Annex To Swz No. Ii.B For Hospital Wards And Including The Collection And Transport Of Dirty Laundry From The Ordering Partys Building To The Contractor, Its Loading, Washing, Disinfection, Sorting, Drying, Mangling, Ironing, Sewing Services - Repair Of Damaged Linen And Delivery By Transport To The Contractor And Unloading Of Clean Linen At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Sorting And Segregation Of Linen Must Be Carried Out According To The Division Into Assortment; The Ordering Party Requires The Service To Be Performed Within A Period Not Exceeding 72 Hours From The Moment The Ordering Party Issues The Delivery And Acceptance Receipt. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Clean And Collection Of Dirty Linen On Mondays, Wednesdays And Fridays, From 9:00 A.M. To 11:00 A.M., And In The Event Of Three Or More Days Off, Within An Additionally Agreed Period. Collection Of Dirty Medical Clothing And Return Clean Will Be Carried Out On The Contractors Own Responsibility And At His Expense On Mondays, Wednesdays And Fridays - Except For Public Holidays. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party About Any Changes Caused By Holidays. If The Day Of Collection Or Return Of Clothing Falls On A Holiday, The Day Of Collection Or Return Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party Accordingly. The Return Of Mattresses Submitted For Washing And Disinfection Will Take Place Within A Maximum Of 7 Days. The Documents Confirming Each Time The Collection And Delivery Of Items Will Be Delivery Receipts, Which Will Specify: The Assortment, The Quantity Of Each Assortment, The Date, Place, Time Of Delivery - Collection And Signatures Of The Persons (Receiving And Handing Over).
