The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge With Code 19 08 05, Screenings With Code 19 08 01 And The Contents Of Sand Trap With Code 19 08 02 Generated At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Kostkowice. The Amount Of Sludge Expected By The Ordering Party, Which Is The Subject Of The Order, Is Approximately 400 Mg For Sludge, 10 Mg For Screenings And 6 Mg For Sand Trap Contents. The Quantity Provided Is An Estimate And May Change. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Amount Of Waste Transferred. If Municipal Waste Is Collected From The Cleaning Plant In An Amount Smaller Than That Specified Above, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim Compensation From The Ordering Party In This Respect. Notwithstanding The Above, The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Remuneration Only For The Amount Of Waste Actually Collected. The Management Of Stabilized Sewage Sludge Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Waste Management Specified In The Applicable Regulations, The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587), Excluding Art. 96 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Use Of Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge With Code 19 08 05 For Agricultural Purposes. Waste Collection Will Be Based On Waste Transfer Cards. Waste Transfer Card Prepared In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587). Pursuant To Applicable Regulations, Responsibility For Waste Passes From The Ordering Party To The Contractor Upon Its Transfer. The Ordering Party, As The Waste Producer, Will Hand Over The Waste To The Contractor Who Has A Permit From The Competent Authority To Conduct Business In The Field Of Waste Management In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 27 Of The Waste Act.
