The Öbb Intends To Build The Privately Financed Residential Complex Florasdorf Nord On A Property Measuring Almost 30,000 M² In Viennas 21St District. Approximately 500 Apartments In The Mid-Price Segment Are To Be Built For Rental On The Open Market. The Öbb Awarded The General Planning Services For The Project In Question Using A Specific Procedure, With The Majority Of The Preliminary Design Service Phase Having Already Been Completed. The Öba Services Are Also Not Part Of This Award Process. In The First Stage Of The Award Process, The Suitability Of The Applicants Is Determined By Submitting Applications To Participate Including Evidence Of Eligibility To Participate; Suitable Applicants Will Be Invited To Submit An Offer. In The Second Stage Of The Procurement Process, A Quality Offer (70%) And A Price Offer (30%) Will Be Obtained From The Bidders.
